Once your order has been received, please ensure fruit products are refrigerated. Please consume within 4 hours if being left out in an ambient environment. If the edible arrangement has been refrigerated and looked after, it may last up to 24 hours. However, we recommend that the product is eaten on the day you receive the goods. (This does not apply to the sweet trees). The shelf life of our prepared products for hotels and restaurants does have a longer shelf life due to processes and procedures in place. All our products are delivered in refrigerated vehicles to ensure the cool chain of the products.
Deliveries around PR and OL postcodes can be made Monday to Saturday, 8.00am to 6.00pm. Deliveries can be made later at busy periods. Sunday deliveries can be arranged around seasonal calendar events e.g. Mothering Sunday and Father’s Day.
We deliver across the UK Tuesday to Friday
Saturday deliver can be arranged although a significant increase in delivery charge is to be expected.
Deliveries to businesses, councils and hotel addresses will only be left at receptions, post rooms or receiving/goods-in bays.
The Fruit Factory would like to advise that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is there to receive the delivery. In the event that there is no answer, the products will be left with a neighbour, on the doorstep or in safe place at the recipient’s property.
If in the unfortunate event of the delivery being delayed due to unforeseen circumstances IE, traffic accident, bad weather, breakdown or other unfortunate event then we take no responsibility for late delivery.
The Fruit Factory will endeavour to deliver all orders on time. However, if your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control e.g. traffic accident, bad weather or breakdown, The Fruit Factory takes no responsibility for late delivery. Customer Satisfaction is our goal and we will always try our best to make all deliveries on time but, unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed.
